NRHH Updates

Hello everyone!

Just a few updates...

1. We held our first meeting last week and turn out was quite low. We recognize everyone is busy and we would like to figure out what time works best for everyone. Please fill out this membership survey by Monday, September 26th, so we can evaluate the best time to meet and you can select your committee preference. We will keep our meeting for Wednesday, September 28th, 8pm-9pm in the Unit 1 APR and can adjust for the rest of the semester at the end of the month. Information about position and committee goals are detailed below.

2. NRHH spoke at the State of the Residence Halls Address this past Friday that was attended by professional hall staff, student hall staff and interested residents. The speech can be read here. We got an excellent offer from Amber Ulmer to work with the Security Monitors to promote NRHH! It was a great networking success!

3. We are emailing the RDs with the rolling application for Hall Staff members and returning residents to apply to become a member of the Golden Bear Chapter. If you would like to nominate someone, please see use this link! Nominating someone will increase their chances of being accepted. Applications for new residents will be sent out at the end of October but feel free to start nominating residents now!

Hope you all have a great week!
Thank you!
